Bonnie Schneider, a weather expert who is on CNN and HLN's various platforms. The DIY Network's LAST House STATING series, which aired on the 30th of March, 2012 featured Bonnie Schneider as the expert on camera, as well as the coexecutive. Bonnie's first book is EXTREME WEATHER which came out from Palgrave Macmillan on January 31, 2012. Her website promoting her multi-city book tour beginning Feburary 1, 2012 in Boston, media appearances and video chat is BonnieWeather.com [[1]] In August, 2011 during coverage of Hurricane Irene, Schneider's book was featured on HLN's popular prime time show, Special Report with Vinnie Politan Prior her work on CNN that began in the summer of 2005, Schneider has also been the Weekend Meteorologist/Special Assignment Reporter for "The Ten O'Clock News" on WLVI-TV WB56 in Boston. In Boston she also offered reports on lifestyle and entertainment as an assignment reporter for every day of the week. Prior to joining WB56, she was employed as the weekend forecaster for WFOR-TV Miami. She's held a number of meteorology, reporting and television positions. They include News 12 Long Island - a 24 hour cable news TV network, as well as WXII-TV - the NBC affiliate located in Winston-Salem. In addition, she was a regular substitute for The Saturday Early Show, she worked as meteorologist at CBS in New York City.
