Annie Wersching

Annie Wersching was born March 28, 1977. She is an American actress. Her roles include Renee Walker on the American television show 24. Motion capture and voice acting were as well for Tess in the videogame of NaughtyDog, The Last of Us. Wersching was born and was raised in St. Louis, Missouri. She went to high school at Crossroads College Preparatory School in the Central West End of St. Louis which she graduated from in 1995. Star Trek: Enterprise: Wersching was her first role as an actor. Later, she had guest-starring roles on shows like Charmed and Killer Instinct. From March through November 2007, she played the recurring role of Amelia Joffe on the ABC Daytime soap show General Hospital. She has also worked in theaters such as Victory Gardens and Marriott Lincolnshire. In her early years she competed in Irish dance and was a part of the St. Louis Celtic Stepdancers. She graduated in 1999 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Millikin University. After appearing on 24 for two seasons, Wersching was a guest actor on various shows, including Rizzoli & Islands, Hawaii Five-0 and Body of Proof. She also starred in Dallas, Revolution Castle, Blue Bloods, The Vampire Diaries, Touch, which has her co-star Kiefer Sultrland. In 2014, she appeared as the regular series star for the Amazon Prime crime program Bosch. Wersching played catcher for the National League in the 2009 Taco Bell All-Star Legends and Celebrity Softball Game.In December 2012, it was revealed that, in the PlayStation 3 exclusive The Last of Us, Wersching was the voice and mo-cap actor of the character Tess. Her character was teased on Geoff Keighley's Twitter account before she was finally revealed in the story trailer which was shown on Spike Video Game Awards on December 7, 2012.In September 2021, it was announced that Wersching will play the role of the Borg Queen in the second season of Star Trek: Picard
