Serinda Swan - Biography

Serinda Swan is a Canadian model, actor and activist. She is most well known for her roles in the role of Erica Reed in the A&E series 'Breakout Kings'. She also appeared as Paige Arkin in the USA Network series 'Graceland', and as Jenny Cooper in the CBC series "Coroner". She also starred as the protagonist of Medusa in Marvel's short-lived series "Inhumans" and also a regular role in HBO's series "Ballers". She portrayed Anne Bancroft in one episode of 'Feud: Bette and Joan'. When she was a kid, Serinda Swan often accompanied her actress mother to film sets. She had her first film debut as a small part in the Ted Danson and Isabella Rossellini film 'Cousins' in 1989, when she was just three years old. Joel Schumacher personally selected her for the role. She continued to appear on commercials for various brands, including Absolute Poker and Macy's, as well as in many other ads. Serinda G. Swan is a Canadian citizen born July 11, 1984, in West Vancouver. She was raised in West Vancouver as well as on the island of Hawaii, Kauai. Her mother was an actress as was her father, Scott Swan, is an actor and theatre director who also operates an acting school. She was named after a Tibetan flute. She has English, Scottish, Irish, and Scottish descent. She is the younger child of her parents. Her sister works as model. She was a student at a Waldorf school in her early years and practiced gymnastics for 10 years. She once worked as waitress in an eatery. She spent a lot of time in Hawaii when she was a baby and is now an expert surfer. She is the proud owner of an adorable French bulldog, Budhdha.
